Reception is the first point of contact for all patients at the surgery.
Our reception team are here to help you in making bookings, answering queries and directing you to the most appropriate service based on your medical needs. They will help you set up you patient online access and update your details so the surgery can keep you informed of new services.
Our administration team deal with various aspects of the patient experience from the registration of new patients, summarising of records, facilitating the referrals process (private, NHS and community) and non-NHS work, as well as managing the accounts, the scheduling of appointments and IT issues of the Practice.
