About Florence Road Surgery
Welcome to the Practice
We are a team of doctors and primary health care professionals practicing in Florence Road and Bramley Road, Ealing. We are contracted to provide services for you by Ealing Primary Care Trust. We are a non-limited partnership.
Dr D Evans & Partners is one Practice that is based in two separate sites, Florence Road and Bramley Road. Patients are registered at one of the surgeries according to their geographical area (see Catchment Area).
The Practice Team consists of trained medical staff – General Practitioners (GPs), Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses and Healthcare Assistants and an Administration Team who manage the day to day operation of the practice.
GP Training
Florence Road Surgery is approved as a Training Practice, assisting qualified doctors in the last stage of their preparation to become a GP. Occasionally we need to video record our GP Registrars’ consultations. Consultations are only taped with the patient’s consent and are used solely for carefully controlled training purposes. We would be grateful if you would assist us with our training programme by agreeing to take part in a video consultation if requested.
Access at Florence Road and Bramley Road Surgeries
We have a ramp at both surgery sites to make access to the building easier for wheelchair users. A lift provides access between the ground floor and the basement at Florence Road. Please inform the receptionist on arrival if you need to be seen in a consulting room which does not require access by the stairs. Our surgery at Bramley Road is situated on just one floor, making it accessible for all.
